Dr. Wendy Rock provides expert consultation and testimony in matters involving school counseling practice, professional ethics, professional standards, counselor roles and responsibilities, and K–12 educational systems.

With more than three decades of experience spanning school counseling, counselor education, clinical practice, professional leadership, and K–12 education, she brings both scholarly expertise and extensive practitioner experience to the review of complex professional issues.

Dr. Rock approaches each engagement independently, carefully reviewing the available information and applying relevant ethical standards, professional guidance, policies, and accepted practices within the context of the matter.

Her role is to provide clear, well-supported professional opinions within the boundaries of her expertise and to communicate them in language understandable to attorneys, courts, and other decision-makers.
